Hello! My name is Andrew M. Scioli. My businesses name is Resilience Specialty Athletics & Post-Rehab. I am Certified for several things but the important things are NASM-CPT, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Lifeguarding CPR-AED, and Professional rescuer. I normally specialize in Correctional Exercise Therapy/Post-Rehab. I would love to get back to my roots in Kick-boxing and Wrestling. I have coached Wrestling at a Bacaloriate World High School in Saginaw MI, with at least two individual honerable mentions. Worked at gyms, the whole bit. 4 years experience as a trainer, 8 years as a martial art practitioner. I will do a in-person consult, physical evaluation, go over results, design personalized plan of attack, give monthly/yearly written programming, program sport specific training modes, and help fix musculoskeletal inefficiencies.
