I will work with you to relax the mind, body, and spirit. I will be your guide through a couple meditation exercises to help you focus, and find your balance. Part of it will be some deep breathing techniques, visualizations, and helping you pick a mantra.
Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing meditation since I was 13, and use it on a daily basis.
