I love talking ADHD science and growth.
I can brief you on the neuro-psychological origins of ADHD and ideas for growing past cognitive overload, as postulated by Gabor Mate "Scattered", Allan Schore, and Peter Levine. I have met with ADHD coaches and have a soapbox tendency towards *not* using cognitive approaches to improve ADHD setbacks. Medication may be necessary for some, but it is essential to wean off for long term growth.
