Healthy habits are the backbone of a happy energetic lifestyle.
I am offering an in person introduction to getting healthy in today's modern world of conveniences and quick fixes.
It has two parts: information and exercise.
The information will be presented during a 20-minute conversation. We will be discussing the importance of:
Healthy Eating Habits
Stress reduction through exercise and meditation
Natural supplements and remedies
The importance of routine
Sticking to it for at least a 30 day trial period
The discussion will be followed by a 25 minute work out session. This session will incorporate:
Deep breathing
Stretching and flexibility
Cardio (The method of cardio is flexible depending on your preferences, options include fast walking, jogging, running, biking, and rowing. These options are available both indoors and out depending on the weather.).
Training & Qualifications
This is something I spend a lot of time researching and implementing in my own life. I have become a much healthier person since starting these healthy habits.
