Make tactical hanfu coatdress in US

[for me, but could also be the start of a clothing line]
Here's an unavailable listing with closeups of some details: https://www.amazon.ca/Tactical-Training-Clothing-Medieval-Protector/dp/B0BFQRNCZ7 - I won't import & pay extra.
It's poly/cotton ripstop regardless of the colorway - please send photos of the P/C ripstop colorways you have on hand... hopefully at least one of them I'll want, if not more.
Their version has arm patches (probably the loop side for hooked-patch attachment) & is pocketed, yours can go without.
Their version appears to have hook & loop cuffs, yours can be too, or maybe another option?
Their version appears to have satin or some smooth fabric around the collar that would be prone to disintegrating, so yours should be all-ripstop as long as the collar is smooth enough to not cause neck/chest irritation.
Their version's pleats appear merely creased, but as I machine-wash & don't want to iron, I think yours will need to be pintuck/sewn-down to the hem (like utility/tactical kilts are), as I understand cotton-blended fabric doesn't take to heatsetting like 100% synthetics. P.S. The pleats should go all the way around the outside, but aren't necessarily uniformly-wide, as seen on that other seller's model's photo.
I am 6 foot ~150 lbs, no more than 36 inch circumference from chest to hips, and armpit to wrist is 20 inches? For US military surplus uniforms, I typically wear the Medium/Regular coat, but according to the Propper chart, I should wear Small/Long? LOL
In case this can be completed in mid-city San Diego, CA, my simbi offer does not include shipping - otherwise, I can calculate & add more simbi for the cheapest domestic shipping, which might be commercial rate USPS Ground Advantage.
