I'm a young and passionate health conscious work-from-home mom to a vivacious one year old. I've had my share of health challenges over the last 10 years and discovered holistic health and energy work techniques that gave me back my health. I've experienced years of debilitating Chronic Fatigue, digestive issues (dysbiosis, Candida), heavy metals toxicity and Adrenal Fatigue. And having gone to numerous holistic doctors and practitioners and having had many energy work sessions (Reiki, IET, Eden Energy Medicine, acupuncture, etc.), I found that a holistic well-rounded approach works best. I changed careers, left a high-stress Masters Program in Psychology and found a life that I love. I combine a spiritual and nutrition approach in my comprehensive counseling offering.
