Using the CPD-accredited Grandomastery authoring platform, you’ll combine creativity training with language instruction to develop skills for the AI age - where creative tasks are increasingly delegated but real creativity remains essential. You’ll work through 70+ authoring activities and countless task combinations to design engaging lessons, warmups, and projects. The focus is on both effective teaching methods and creative design, helping you build reusable materials, experiment with variations, and sharpen your authoring skills for better learning and innovation.
Training & Qualifications
I’m Alexander Popov, a TESOL-certified educator with a Master’s degree in Language Teaching Methods and over 18 years of experience training corporate clients like Corning, Volkswagen, JetBrains, EPAM, and ABInBev. Beyond language training, I’ve dedicated a significant part of my career to supporting startup founders with ideation, branding, and consulting - helping them bring creative visions to life.
At the heart of my work is Grandomastery, a platform I founded to revolutionize how advanced English learners develop their skills through creative thinking and design. My passion lies in pushing English education beyond the usual boundaries of proficiency, inspiring learners to tap into their creativity and innovate in an AI-driven world.
I’ve been honored as a Global Educational Influencer (2023), a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (2023, 2024), and received the HundrED and Pearson ELT Award (2024). My ideas and expertise have appeared in top publications like TESL Ontario, Modern English Teacher, PR.com, HrTechCube, BuiltIn, CNET, and HR.com.
Creativity training is my scientific focus - especially applying synectics and bisociation to human resources and learning. Through Grandomastery and my work, I aim to empower learners and professionals to break new ground and stay competitive in today’s fast-evolving landscape.
