Are you the type of person who can destroy a meal even after reading instructions? Don't feel bad about it, you are not alone. The secret to cooking is having an understanding of the chemistry of cooking. There are a lot of tricks that I have for making a meal work. I have been cooking from scratch since for over 20 years.

I have the ability to dissect flavors from restaurants and recreate dishes due to my advanced knowledge of spices. I will give you short cut tips on cooking. I used to have time to cook for 3-5 hourss a day and now, I can break a meal down from 30 minutes to an 1 hr on average.
Training & Qualifications
I have more than 20 years' experience cooking from scratch. I have made pastas and homemade breads, candy, pastries and many other things using from scratch ingredients.
