I'm a consultant, coach, and knowmad on my own journey seeking purpose, growth, balance, and a life worth living.

I've dedicated the past 18 years to accompanying & collaborating with people from all backgrounds that wish to enhance their quality of life.

I focus on empowering individuals learn how to get out of their own way and tap into their source code of intrinsic motivation, purpose, and peak human performance.

Helping them to feel their best, perform at their best, and be their most productive and creative when it matters most so they can achieve what they believed to be impossible.

Ultimately, helping them avoid the pitfalls of burnout, and learn how to do less but better.

In 2017, I launched my independent practice, where I serve as an Integrative coach and social entrepreneurship consultant.

As I continue to grow my practice, I'm excited to begin offering psychedelic integration coaching in my desire to support those seeking healing and growth through plant medicines and psychedelic experiences.

I was born in San Diego and raised in Tijuana, Mexico. I embrace my cross-cultural identity as a global citizen, fluent in both English & Spanish.

In my professional development, I've achieved a BA in Social Work & Minor in Psychology, and multiple trainings in a variety of coaching & personal development modalities.
