I will help you evaluate your personal fitness needs, limitations and neccesary food choices to help maintain peak homeostasis. I am willing to physically work with you to establish an effective "workout" routine, coupled with cooking lessons and nutritional education.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Personal Trainer, versed in proper nutrition, and able to modify workouts to accomodate various lifestyles, time limitations, and personal disabilities.
Availability & Preferences
Early mornings (9-12) and every other Saturday.
