I'm Aj, I'm a jack of all trades and a mother of 2.
I have 10 years of experience in the culinary industry and specialize in Mexican and Filipino cuisines. I love creating new twists on classic dishes have have experience in Italian, American, Creole, and Soul Food.

By day I'm a restaurant manager and food safety instructor and have about 9 years of management experience in the restaurant industry ranging from fast food to full service. I can offer hiring/interviewing insites and interview preparation guidance from what to wear to how to best respond to open ended questions.

On my days off I am a freelance photographer and have been working in the photography industry for about 15 years. I apparently lack the need for self preservation because I will do just about anything to get the perfect shot.
