I own a mp3 player made by creative. I'm sure it's a software issue and would need updated but I don't want to loose all my music. I can't access them to back them up. What I would need is someone to backup my music, then give it a clean formatting, update it and put the music back on it. It has a physical hard drive in it so someone with the right equipment could slave drive it to their computer to get the music off it. I would pay for shipping both ways.
