I will meet you for an hour to talk about where in life you may have difficulty saying "no", and we will design exercises together which we will use to train that ability in those contexts.

Trained in Nonviolent Communication, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Somatic Experiencing. Eight years of experience practicing compassionate presence with friends and clients, helping them to develop and hone the skills they want to have to create the quality of life that they want.

Before I felt frantic and scattered, always trying to optimize things and force fit them to my frameworks.

Now, I n...otice I move deliberately from a background of embodied cognition. My self awareness comes coupled with self compassion. And I am more easefully available as a container to receive others fully in my listening of them.
